Chestnut Hill Fall for the Arts Festival :: 2012

Yesterday was such a GREAT day!!  The weather gods were smiling down on all of us artists at Chestnut Hill’s Fall for the Arts Festival.  Except for one or two freakish bursts of wind that literally picked up everything on my table and took it about 5-20 feet away, the day went off without a hitch!  Here are some photos I snapped with my iPhone.

We were located near the corner of Germantown and Highland Avenue this time — great spot!  Clouds blocked the sun in the morning, but in the afternoon we were luckily positioned on the sunny-side of the street.  I rented a helium tank from SGS Paper Co. and gave out free balloons, but this guy really put me to shame …

And I wasn’t kidding about that gust of wind … look at what happened to the Origin Photo sign Steve made!

We decided it was the universe reminding me that I’m original and hot.

Thank you to everyone who took the time to stop by and say hello!!  It was heartwarming (as always) seeing past and future(!) clients.  Special shout out to my sister, Elizabeth, who helped out during my bathroom break, AND for treating me to a delicious hot dog- wrapped in a pretzel bun. MMmm, it was good!  Thank you!
