Capturing the special moments of a growing family is a true honor for me. I recently had the pleasure of photographing a newborn session featuring a new family of four… seven if we include their two cats and sweet dog!
Big sister, who I had photographed as a baby too, was beaming with joy as she helped me find her newborn baby brother’s toes hidden in his knotted gown. She also gleefully demonstrated how to run and jump into the playroom ball bin. The family tabby cat made a few surprise appearances, adding a touch of spontaneity to the session. And the family dog, well, she was a happy, tail-wagging and steady part of the action.
Photographing the love and connection within a family is truly meaningful to me, and I make sure to include family pets as well since they bring so much love, joy and entertainment to our lives. I hope these photos will serve as treasured memories for this family for years to come.
