Over 100 young changemakers from 25 schools across five counties came together to celebrate a year of growth, leadership, and powerful peer connections. From presenting their Leadership Projects to connecting across schools, these girls showed just how bright the future is.

Huge congratulations to all the 2024–2025 Girls Lead participants on a year of dedication, learning, and community-building!

Grateful for the opportunity to capture this event and congrats to the team that made this possible — from the amazing facilitators and volunteers to the one and only Danielle Siwek, the Girls Lead Program Director. Your energy and effort brought this conference to life and created such a meaningful experience for everyone involved.

This spring, we met again—this time in the soft, hopeful light of late March. True to spring’s unpredictable charm, a few raindrops made an appearance, quickly giving way to that magical, dramatic light that photographers dream of. ✨It was the perfect mix of movement, laughter, and those quiet in-between moments that make family sessions so fun and meaningful.

So far, 2025 has been filled with capturing moments for families, organizations and businesses of all kinds — from newborn + family sessions to portrait popups and (my favorite!) preschool portraits. ✨

Earlier this year, I had the joy of photographing a yoga class at @camaraderieambler, led by owner and yogi @mauramanzo. Maura wanted images that felt real — no overly complex poses — just real people in real bodies, honoring the inclusive, down-to-earth vibe she’s built at Camaraderie.

On a personal note, yoga has been part of my life since the early 2000s, and I especially love photographing it because of how deeply connected I feel to the practice. My favorite form of yoga is vinyasa, which is a style that focuses on coordinating flowing movement with breath. Whenever my life feels out of balance, I come back to my practice and I always feel better.
