This book reaffirmed my beliefs about outstanding customer service and reminded me that at the end of the day I need to know that I did all I could to 1.) Capture real life and 2.) Create an enjoyable experience for my clients.  From the initial email asking about my prices to hand delivering an album for example, I strive to make sure that the people who hire me and trust me to document really precious moments in their family’s life are happy thrilled.
